5TH PHD WORKSHOP (2025)
ABOUT 5TH WORLD CAAD PHD WORKSHOP
The 4th World CAAD PhD Workshop is jointly organized by sibling CAAD organizations—ACADIA, ASCAAD, CAADRIA, eCAADe, and SIGraDi—to foster collaboration and knowledge exchange within the global CAAD community. The workshop aims to introduce PhD-level junior researchers to the research culture of various institutions worldwide. It provides students with the opportunity to receive constructive feedback from leading researchers and academics in the CAAD field while helping them position their research within the broader global CAAD landscape.
Expanding on existing platforms for junior PhD researchers within individual organizations, the workshop seeks to strengthen the global CAAD research network and encourage dialogue between diverse research cultures. Each sibling organization will be represented by two PhD student delegates and experts from their respective communities.
