Registration Steps:
(1) Make the registration payment based on the updated categories as shown in the table below (please pay specific attention to deadlines):

NOTE: all other registration categories such as student, guest, workshops should be handled via the SIGraDi's registration process available on their website here.

(2) Payments should be made through bank wire transfer. Details are as follows:

(3) Fill in the conference registration form. Please include the proof of registration fee payment. Kindly, make sure to specify the registration category chosen in the registration form.
A) Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing by contacting the conference organizing committee at (conf24 AT ascaad.org).
B) Registration cancellation requests made before (October 31, 2024) are eligible for (90%) refund of the registration fees paid.
C) Any registration cancellation request made after (October 31, 2024) is eligible for (80%) refund of the registration fees paid.
D) In the event that the conference organizer cancels or postpones the event for any reason, and the delegates are unable to or unwilling to attend on the rescheduled date, the delegates are eligible for (90%) refund of the registration fees paid.
E) Any refunds will be made using the same payment method which is online transaction via bank wire transfer method on which the registration was made and deducting bank services fees.
